Does anyone know if there are differences among these 4 BizTalk 2004
editions in terms of functionalities? I only found on the MS site about
pricing (http://www.microsoft.com/biztalk/howtobuy/pricing.asp) and it
seems to indicate that the only differences are in licensing and CPU
support. In other words, no functinality differences. Could someone
confirm this for me? I'm evaluting this for our company and want to make
sure that I install the correct edition to have a full review.

Also, do all these editions work with all editions of SQL Server 2000? Or
does the BizTalk Enterprise only work with Sql Server 2000 Enterprise?

Thanks a lot
Bob

Hello Bob,

There are differences between the various versions. I have enclosed a web
link to MS site with this information. I have also included the link to the
requirements for installing BTS2004. Although to answer your question
directly, it is usally best to line up the software packages corispondinly
meaning, enterprise with enterprise.
