I have done fresh installs of Commerce Server 2002 and sp3
and the Solution Sites.  I try to run the following:
http://localhost/retailbizdesk/default.asp

and get the following:
Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3)
Invalid ProgID. For additional information specific to
this message please visit the Microsoft Online Support
site located at:
http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.

Browser Type:

Mike,

line 125 in /retailbizdesk/global.asa is trying to create a Commerce.AppConf
ig object. The class is defined in AppHelper.dll in your commerce server ins
tallation directory.

Try to open a windows command prompt, go to commerce server directory and do
 a "regsvr32 AppHelper.dll" and then run the bizdesk.
