W2K IIS 5

I tried both CDONTS and CDOSYS to send email.  The same code works fine on o
ther computers.  Only on this one, when I try to send one email through ASP 
or .NET page, the email is sent out non stop, there were hundreds of message
s of same email queued in Q
ueue folder instantly.  And I keep receiving the same message over and over 
again.

SMTP service used default config, smart host added, it is a exchange server 
on the network.  Other computer using same config works fine.

What is going on.  Help.
