I have several mail loops occurring with my SMTP / IIS 4.0.  I have just set
the "Maximun Retries" to 3 times.  This should help for now.

But, in the meantime, I can't seem to find any info about:
- where the queue is / I see the folder but no messages are in it
- how to get queue statistics
- MOST IMPORTANT - How do I flush the queue?

If anyone can help, I sure would appreciate it.
