I'm guessing here...

Have you checked out if msxml2 dll is available
(physically) and secondly if it is available in the side-
by-side mode with MXSML 3 and 4... (you'd be able to
check this out by trying to instantiate a microsoft.msxml
object or creating a .2 specific object instance through
a VB program)..
