to me by email. Then FP asked me if I wanted the email
account removed when i saved it. when I use it on the
website it tells me that the server is not runing FP ext.
when it is.

Your host must configure the forms to email transport on your remote site.
Have you asked your host admin to do this in the FP server extensions?

When you design the form locally, answer no when FP prompts you to remove th
e email address. As long
as you publish via FP's http mode to a server with the FP extensions and the
 extensions have been
configured by the host to process email, the form will work.

Also you may have to use an email address that is part of your domain (name@
yourdomain.com), and not
name@hotmail.com, etc. for the email to actually be processed
