I have a map that uses four cummulative sum functoids with four different
input elements.

When I validate the map I get a series for four errors that all refer to the
second cummulative sum functoid.

Inline Script Error: Class 'BizTalkMapper.FunctoidInlineScripts' already
defines a member called 'AddToCumulativeSum' with the same parameter types

Inline Script Error: Class 'BizTalkMapper.FunctoidInlineScripts' already
defines a member called 'GetCumulativeSum' with the same parameter types

Inline Script Error: Class 'BizTalkMapper.FunctoidInlineScripts' already
defines a member called 'InitCumulativeSum' with the same parameter types

Inline Script Error: The class 'BizTalkMapper.FunctoidInlineScripts' already
contains a definition for 'myCumulativeSumArray'

I found that I did not have the scope for the second parm in the cummulative
sum functoid, but I had the same input field mapped to two different
functoids.  When I attached the scope to the functoid,  the errors were
corrected.
