The SCSI Standard (SPC2) said that if the target return 0xffffff for the
READ_CAPACITY command, the initiator must send READ_CAPACITY_16. But I found
that windows did not send READ_CAPACITY_16 at all, it send READ_CAPACITY 3
times and stop.

Does Windows support SPC2?
