The password on the tab ALL in the Data link properties is the password for
the sql server user to the transaction database. You can specify the
password in the Connection tab or in the ALL tab.
What is the actual error you see when you access the site. Is there any
error in the event log?

In folder Commerce Sites \ Site Resources there are some transactions.
In Transaction Properties \ Data Link Properties there is the tab ALL. On
Password field I insert the database login's password. When I access the
site the message "Login failed for user xxx" shows up. The password is
correct. On tab Connection the user and password are the same that I set on
tab ALL. And Test Connection is working. My question is if the password on
tab ALL is the password of User ID ?
