We're receiving the following message when packaging up a site. Any
ideas what's the root cause and possible resolution?

Error instantiating object named ResolutionDataPup.Pup for
ResolutionData 1AD:ActiveX component can't create object

What version of Commerce Server are you running?  What OS versions are you
running?  Is there any other Microsoft products installed on this machine?
Can you send the event log errors?
