I think that perhaps there is some confusion.  There is no extra trace
information that is viewable.  This is a simple dialog window with a
very basic error message "The server threw an exception".

Nothing more.

Keep in mind that we are currently on CMS 2001 and not CMS 2002 so
.Net error traceing is not available to us.

If I'm able to get the error to reproduce, I will try and get a screen
shot of it.

Until then, do you have any idea what could be causing this?  An MSDN
search shows this error number to be a general COM+ Automation error.
