Not sure what you mean. Undeploying the underlying assembly should remove
it from HAT.

I mean the schemas in the find message, the below action doesn't remove them

HAve a look at the archiving and purging samples. They show how you can
clean up databases. Alternatively, you could use a time filter in your Find
Message View queries.
