I have a unix box running Apache web server and mySql.  I would like
to make a web program/script/etc that creates usernames and passwords
for 200 users and each user can add information everyday such as
completion of jobs, hours on the road, etc.  Each user would create
the username/password through the web interface.  A basic interface
and no need of high security as their info will be in terms of
numbers, not names.  What language do you recoment to do such? where
should I start? maybe there's already scripts tailared to do such?
