Somehow ended up with a website that keeps posting itself
in my list of All Programs and keeps putting it's icon on
my desktop after I delete the icon in both places.  It
also eventually automatically tries to connect me to that
website on the net.  I have looked in my Programs list
and the program is not listed.  I have searched every
name associated with it and nothing comes up.  I know I
have to delete it form my Programs list, but how do I
find it?  Some of the references are
Application/WebSiteViewer/123800
the website is www.casinopalazzo/com/index.php?
sourceid=102838.

How do I find and delete this program?
