Mark, can you provide a bit more information describing the steps you used?
Did you refresh the cache?

Dave

Thanks for your reply. I have investigated further and my knowledge of the s
ite I am working on here was at fault. I have now resolved the problem. In c
ase its of use to anyone...

The shipping methods form can contain custom fields these are held in a sepe
rate table (ShippingConfig). The ShippingCommon_util.asp file, held an inclu
de folder, needed to call the field from the db and return it to the db, whi
ch it didn't, hence the fie
ld not getting updated or returned. The form field had been set up in Charge
BySubtotal_edit.asp, the edit page seen by the Bizdesk user for editing ship
ping methods, so it could be seen.

I hope that is of use to someone.

Thanks

Mark
