I have drawn a 3x3 table in Frontpage and I was wondering
if it was possible to design so that only the outside was
shown (ie black lines) but all the lines within the table
were not shown (ie white text)

Can you help?

Hi Nicky,

Yes it is possible but you'd have to resort to CSS or use container, such as
 a div.

Make the first table 1 x 1, then insert another 3 x 3 table with no borders,
 etc.

Thomas's solution is also a great way to provide a little extra space
between the border of the table and the contents by adjusting the
cellpadding and cellspacing values of the outermost 1x1 table, providing a
padding between it and the inner table.

Hope this helps,
