We are literally tearing our hair out figuring this
problem out. We get a message :
[Microsoft.BizTalk.Deployment.DeploymentException]
[System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException] Failed to load
Msxml2.dll.

[System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException] Failed to load
Msxml2.dll.
---
When we try to deploy our Biztalk project. I even get
this error when I take a project with a small schema in it
and try to deploy it. We are using Windows 2003 server,
Visual Studio 2003 and SQL Server 2000. We've tried it
where the the biztalk server, sql server and development
workstation are all on seperate machines, and where the
biztalk server and development tools are on the same
machine and the sql server is on a different box. Any
ideas? TIA

Did you install the correct versions of MSXML3.0 and MSXML4.0 as specified
in the installation guide? It sounds like your MSXML3 is missing or
corrupted so you might want to install or repair the install.

I don't see MSXML3 as containing Msxml2.dll. Are you sure that is where the
 issue is located?

My bad, I was thinking of the namepace overlap and got mixed up on the dll
names. not sure why that dependency is there but it seems like you have a
bad install of something.
