BizTalk Server 2004 comes with a bunch of out of the box transports. For AS/
400, you can think of using MQ Series adapter
(currently in beta), or FTP Adapter.
For LINUX, you can use FTP, HTTP or SOAP transport (web services) to communi
cate, but not direct access to file system.
you can look for 3rd party adapter solutions if you need a LINUX or AS/400 f
ile system adapter.
thanks.

>I have been reading the previous posts regarding the AS400 and Biztalk. i would be
interested in more detail on how to
set up a receive or send location on an AS400 or is the only way to get arou
nd this problem by either using MQSeries or by
FTP'ing from the AS400 to the Biztalk Server.

experience in setting up send and receive locations on a LINUX server.
