When I try to save a project I get an error 0x80070020.  When I lookup this 
error there is technical article that describes the error.  it is KB294424.

When you attempt to open an ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) Recordset object usin
g a file which is already open for writing as the Recordset source, the foll
owing error may occur:
Run-time error '-2147024864 (80070020)':

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another proce
ss.
This error does not occur in Microsoft Data Access Component (MDAC) version 
2.5 or earlier.

Thesolution is to "fix" the offending application.

Is there a "fix" for Application Center Test?  I am using Build 536
