We've recently deployed a MSIB solution to our public website with two
languages supported (en-us, es).  We have a report from some of our AOL
users that they are getting the default page in Spanish.  We've set our
config file for "en-us" as our default language.  Once the language is
switched to en-us, everything works as planned.

I've read that turning off the "Check Machine IP Against Cookie" might help
with AOL and cookies, but I don't understand why this would make a
differenct on the first request.  Any ideas what might be going on and how
to remedy?
