Attached is the zip file containing a set of artifacts that should import
into Biztalk using the BPEL wizard.
The fixes required include some changes to the part names that you used in
the copy statements, commenting out service and binding sections in WSDL,
as well as commenting some WSDL elements which caused reference issues.
One of the problems i ran into with the WSDL was that it was not recognized
by the add web reference, indicating issues with the WSDL.
THe generated orchestration has some expressions that require developer
attention.
