Is it possible to exclude the allsites application from
synchronization?  or exclude IIS metabase from synchronization?  I
need to synchronize files b/t web servers, but I have different IIS
security settings from the controller.

No it's not possible to remove all sites or the metabase from
synchronization.
Why would you want to have different IIS security settings?

Thank you for your response.  We have servers inside a firewall using
Integrated security, and servers in a DMZ (not in the domain) using
Anonymous, and the files all need to be synched, but not the IIS
security settings.
