I have tried to import your attached file, but the import fails the same.
The error that i receive is:

error: B1020: An internal error occurred in the import component.
Additional Information: Could not generate BizTalk files.
DiscoCodeGenerator was unable to initialize the code generator. No code was
generated.
Import failed.

The project is created but i haven't source code and odx file....seems that
the import doesn't work well. Have you another idea?
Are Microsoft Team Developer working on this problem?
