Hi Maria,
The problem we have is when we choose 'New' on the Bizdesk to create a new r
eport it prompts to install the XP web components (on a first time usage).
Which worked fine when we was using Office XP, now we have upgraded our Offi
ce to 2003 and we still get
a prompt to install the XP web components (on a first time usage), but also
get a message saying that the XP components are not licensed, it advises to
install Office XP, Frontpage 2002 or Access 2002. If I install Frontpage 20
02 with my office 2003 it
then works, but this is inpractical.
I did download the Office 2003 web components and install them, but it still
wants to use the XP ones and still won't let us create or edit without a Of
fice XP product installed.
Regards,
Darren
