2003 Web Edition/IIS 6/FPSE 2002

I'm getting the following error message:

Error 5 opening registry key "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server
Extensions\Secure\/LM/W3SVC/1858225924:

This registry key does not exist. I've tried creating it, no luck.

I've searched high and low, but all I've found is KB833699 which does not
help.

Any ideas? Is there a better group to post this to?

tia
