1) It is true that Microsoft will not be providing a bundled version
of CMS, CS and BTS at this time but will continue to make investments in
the integration of the Windows Server System products as customers have
asked for tighter integration but not necessarily a bundled sku. The
vision of Jupiter was to have more seamless integration between products.
That vision is being realized with investments made across the Windows
Server System products.
2) A future version of the portal is planned that combines features
and functionality customers like about CMS with SPS. Recommend that any
CMS specific questions get posted to the CMS newsgroup to be better
addressed.
3) The next version of CS is planned to be a stand alone server in
late 2005/early 2006
4) There will be another rev of MSIB when the next version of CS is
released. MSIB continues to provide tremendous benefits for customers.
The latest release of MSIB 2.5 provides prescriptive deployment guidance
for Windows Server 2003 (now localized), MSIB search provider for
SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Commerce Sever 2002 Microsoft Operations
Manager (MOM) management packs (now with localized read me docs), Content
Management Server 2002 MOM management pack (now with localized read me
docs)
MSIB addresses emerging business models that have evolved from relatively
simple structures of linked HTML pages to complex, feature-rich
applications. MSIB provides content management, automates business
processes such as selling and purchasing, and facilitates personalization
and data collection for analysis.

Thanks for your answers. However, your answer to question 1 is quite vague.
I'm looking for some very specific answers about the direction of MSIB.
Please answer the following for me:
1) Is it true that the Jupiter project is dead and there will not be a
release of a bundled product of CMS, CS and Biztalk.
2)Is there another release of CMS, non-service pack, non-upgrade planned
for the future?
3)Will CS continue as a standalone server in future?
4)Can you provide any reasons to stay dedicated to the MSIB platform for
eCommerce web applications?
Thanks much,
Rey
