I have a multi tiered web based application , in which i want to use crystal
 reports but as it appears to me, i have to assign the database connection t
o the report directly from the report, then add the whole item to my project
.
I learned that there's an exe for crystal reports that allow developers to c
reate rports connected to the DB totally from outside the application, with 
no need to open the IDE at all, but this exe is for windows applications , i
s there a one for web appl
ications and if there is , what is it called ?
