Hi All,

I'm trying to use this program. Works great if I backup to a hard
drive. I'm trying to backup to CD-RW, however the program can't ever
seem to write to the drive. I'm able to select the drive when setting
up the backup job. I get error msgs in the log saying it can't create
directories when I try to run it.

My CD writer is fine. I can write to the CD-RW using XP or Nero. Any
suggestions?

Hi there,
I tried to look into their Troubleshooting area but the page couldn't be
accessed. My guess is that it doesn't have support for the CD-RW media, so
probably you should try either to backup only on CDs or use another program.
If you want one with an easy-to-use interface you could try Backup4all,

Thanks for the reply. I was on her site before, and some of her
newsletters mention support. There's even talk of a fix for CD-RW
support. There is no real documentation to figure out how it works. I
guess you get what you pay for.
