While trying to password protect my Fronpage website I accidentally deleted 
all the users from server admin permissions. (I know). Dous anyone know how 
I can get back in?

You will have to add them back
- they are not saved anywhere
(unless your host is truly mirroring the server)

I need to be an administrator to add them... which is the user I deleted. My
 ISP has reinstalled the frontpage server extensions but I still can't get t
o the site with frontpage. I could use ftp???

Don't use FTP - that corrupts FP SE
Have your host add you back as an admin
