Has anyone had any luck generating a mapping report that shows what source f
ields are mapped to which destination fields?

Tom,

The Mapper doesn't have a feature to generate a report to show what ource
fields are mapped to which destination fields; and I'm not aware that one
is available.  My suggestion is to look at the generated XSLT and write a
parser to retreive the info.
