I am trying to get the IISADMPWD functionality to work. I
have DCs on separate servers and IIS on a member server
with SPS2K3. I have IISADMPWD up and running and patched
with kb833734 and using SSL.

It works, but under only two conditions:
(a) I can change the passwords for local accounts on the
member server from anywhere I like.
(b) I can change Domain passowrds *only* when RDP'd into
the member server.

I would like to provide web-based password change
services for my Domain / SharePoint.

Help?
