I ran into the same error after installing Fixpack 2 for WPS.  I tried to ru
n WPSConfig again: "wpsconfig secure-portal-ldap" and the script complained 
about efix "PQ81248".

So, I installed the efixes that are on the WAS FP2 cd and after restarting t
he entire environment, everything worked again for me.
