hi

i have WCS5.5 installed on Win XP machine.

I want to upgrade my Commerce Server from WCS5.5 to WCS5.5.0.1.

For this,
i downloaded the 5501 fixpack from the site
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/

I extracted the fixpack and run UpdateWizard.bat file. It worked fine till t
he screen which asks for the path of fixpack. I gave a valid path of the fix
pack install dir. But as soon as i pressed the Next button i got the followi
ng error

An unhandled error occurred that has prevented wizard bean "PTFSelect" from
displaying:

If anyone has faced this problem earlier and solved it then it would be very
helpful to me as this particular this has stopped my entire work

That is a very strange error. How much free space do you have on the
filesystem where you have downloaded the fixpack ? What about in the
file system that is being referenced by 'Temp' ?
