Last I heard CS didn't like to have two sites extracted into the same
directory... I'd suggest that you pup your sites, delete everything from
the administration database, unpup the sites, and see if it gets better. If
it doesn't you might go looking in your admin database to see if you can
find the spot where the entry is duplicated or missing.
