Hi,
on General page of your Web Site check that port 443 is set (entered) for
SSL sites...
I hope this helps,

error "The page cannot be displayed", "cannot find server or DNS error".
Using the same path and http I get "You are not authorized to view this
page" so the page is there and secured. I used a CA server in our local
domain to create the certificate. All settings appear to be correct. There
are no errors that would indicate a failure with the certificate. When
going to the general properties of the certificate it says "You have a
private key that corresponsds to this certificate".
