I setup the Microsoft NNTP server on Windows 2000 to use
SSL. I then tried to connect to the server using outlook
express 6 on the same subnet. I get the following error
when I try to download the list of newsgroups:

TCP/IP connection unexpectedly terminated by server

Configuration:
Account: secure news
Server: myserver.mycompany.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 563
Secure(SSL): 1
Code: 800ccc0f

I am using 128-bit SSL certificates issued by the US DoD
