I have a windows server 2003 enterprise. I am trying to set up
something but I'm not even sure  it is possible so I am asking you.

What we want to do is to set up our web server to be also a NNTP
server wich is not a problem. We don't want to use push or feed
method. What we want is to publish our news server and get an index of
all available newsgroups on the internet. So we can configure user's
agent to connect on our news server to get all the list of available
newsgroup and then choose wich one they want to download in their
client. By doing this, users will not have to change the server name
each time they want to read news from an other server.
