Need to adjust something in dcomcnfg?

Hmm.. remember seeing/doing something about tweaking these
changes using dcomconfig as part of post-sp2 installation
steps regarding the List Manager and Reporting services.

Yeah, dcomcnfg.exe  plus a reboot fixed this.
