I have a mirror stripe array (RAID 01) of four 250GB disks which I tried to 
back up (using XP bundled MS Backup) onto a software spanned (or striped - I
 can't remember which - how do you find out?) (with XP) pair of 160GB drives
.  I get this illogical err
or:

The operation did not successfully complete.
