I got this error when trying to override messaging port properties by
using advanced configuration.  Detailed steps:
In messaging Manager, from the advanced configuration page of the
channel properties, I click the 'advanced' button.
On the next page, I press the properties button and get the following
error:
Unable to display configuration properties Error 0x8002801D.

This happens for all channels.

I don't think it is an authorization problem: the user is in
administrator group, can access MessagingManager file directory and
web virtual directory.

I would like to use Microsoft Script Debugger to see which object
causes this error. However, while I can see running document in
debugger when accessing some ASP file using IE, I cannot see any
running document in the debugger when using BizTalk Messaging Manager.
Could somebody advise how to debug ASP files when using BizTalk
Messaging Managaer?

Any idea on what could be wrong is appreciated.

Thanks,
Yan
