I'm having difficulties installing CMS Dev Tools.  I've gotten the same beha
vior on both a 2000 Server and XP Professional Machine.

1. Install Visual Studio.NET Enterprise Architect 2003 from MSDN cd
2. Install MCMS, including Dev Tools

During the wizard, I get a message "VS.NET Not Found".  Visual Studio seems 
to be installed working correctly.

Any ideas greatly appreciated!
