I get the following error when recalculating the
hyperlinks
The server sent response which frontpage could not parse.
Check with server administrator if you are using windows
share point services is installed properly. Currently I
am using FP server extensions not sharepoint services
what is possibly wrong?

Do a server extensions Health Check, then try Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks
