I am trying to publish my website, using FrontPage 2000
and I am getting the following error message:

Accessing HTTP servers requires 32-bit TCP/IP networking
which is not installed or may be misconfigured.

I have gone to the knowledge base and was referred to
disable my firewall and other security software by which I
did and still I got the same error message. I had this
problem before and disabled the firewall and FrontPage did
publish but this time it is not working. Please help. I
also checked with my hosting company (Yahoo) and from
their end they claim everything is fine.
