How can I programmatically retrieve the max number of worker threads set (in
administration tool) per processor in BTS 2002?

Do a search in the BizTalk 2002 help file on "MaxWorkerThreadsPerProcessor"
and you should find the information for programmatically retrieving/setting
this.  It's a property off the MicrosoftBiztalkServer_Server WMI object.
