Please can anyone help.

We seem to have the following problem with our Exchange 2003
environment since an Exchange 2003 SP1 upgrade.

The from field of mail messages sent to external users used to be
displayed like this:

"Surname, Firstname" <surname.firstname@domain.com

Since the service pack ugrade they are now displayed like this:

Surname, Firstname <surname.firstname@domain.com

ie. without the quotation marks.

We now have problems where non outlook clients (outlook express, lotus
notes) can't reply to this address

Does anyone have any ideas?
