we app center sp2 with a two node nlb cluster.

we use it as web server for some web site (12 sites)

often the process dllhost.exe goes to 100% cpu

may be related with app center ?

Most likely not.  You will need to get some hang dumps to find out what web
application is causing the high cpu.
