Test COM Library is not found in the registry.

I have Microsoft Visual Studio .Net Enterprise Architect 2003 with the ACT
option installed. After adding a browser recorded test and tried to run the
Test library could not create any object. ACTTEST.DLL appears to be
registered but no reference to COM library Test is created.

¿How can I make that test work?
