Hi,

We installed Commerce Server on two machines. Core on web server, data
structures and direct mailer on database server. We got 100 Mbits connection
beetween this servers. Then we unpacked web application. There were no
problems with unpacking but application performance is very low. Strange is
that while application is working CPU utilization is about 5% - 7% on both
machines. We monitor connections via SQL Profiler, and all queries and
stored procedures are sent to SLQ Database in very long delays of time. We
run a standard ASP script wich retrives big portion of data from database
and it is working fine so problem must be in Commerce Server 2000
configuration i think. Anybody have any sugestion.

Thank very much for further information
Best Regards

P.S. Please forgive me my english.

Have you narrowed down which page(s) you are seeing the delay and which CS
objects those pages are using? We'll need a bit more information to help
with a case like this.

The other thing to consider is to employ a sampling profiler such as Intel
VTune to more precisely find out where execution time is being spent.
