I've used a DB Lookup functoid on one of my maps. When my orchestration runs
it fails the mapping with the following error:
Function 'ScriptNS0:DBLookupShutDown()' Has Failed.

What is the cause of this?

There is a known issue with the Database lookup and Value Extractor
