Hi,

I have a commerce site using MSCS 2002 with ASP.
Very few times, our customer exerienced that the system displaying someone
else's address while checking out.
Here's detail situation.

1. He is using his own computer (not shared)
2. He doesn't have an account with us (we allow an anonymous to purchase
from our site)
3. When he added an item to the basket, there were already other items that
he didn't add.
4. After deleting those items, he proceeded checkout. But the shipping
address form has been filled with someone else's address info.

This has happened at least 3 times with different users as far as I know.
How does it happen and how can I resolve this issue?

I need you guys help.

Thanks a lot,

Hi,

Seems like this might be related to the following KB article:
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;835869

The article of course applies only to a Retail2002 problem, but I think it
may hint at a similar issue with caching as mentioned in this KB article.

Hoep that helps!

Thanks,
